Mentee Application

Requirements:

  • Be you 

  • Open your mouth, communicating is very important

  • Open your heart to the information given  

  • Be respectful to yourself and every other individual in Southern Ambitions 

  • Must maintain a 2.5 GPA 

  • Must attend 4/6 sessions in order to graduate

Eligibility 

 

  • Eligibility to participate

  • Ages: 13-20

  • Submit Application

  • Minimum GPA: 2.5 (Upload unofficial transcript or report card) 


Please note: Acceptance in program is contingent upon $100 participation fee. 

Other Rules

  • Communicate with mentor 1 x a week

  • Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you will be missing a session

  • Attire for monthly sessions: Casual
